To help new members learn about Alpha Phi, each new member is paired with a big sister. Epsilon Chi Chapter's Big and Little Sister parties allowed Big and Little Sisters to reveal their identities to one another. One popular reveal method required a little sister to untangle a string to find her big sister at the other end.
