In 1958, Beta Gamma initiates a Danish exchange student named Lo Schafer, who is studying pre-law in the United States on a Fulbright Scholarship. Beta Gamma Chapter pays her room and board, and Denver Alumnae Chapter funds the cost of her initiation.
